Giving

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we give

God is generous and so he calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are
at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Sleep  in Heavenly Peace

Founded in Kimberly, Idaho in 2012,  Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit providing hand-made bunk beds to children who don't have beds of their own.  Not only do we deliver these beds to kiddos in need, but we partner with organizations, churches, businesses and individuals to build them at events called Build Days!  Bruce Crenshaw is our local chapter president and is a member here at NorthPointe.

Expanding Our Vision

We are on the verge of realizing the potential of the God-given vision for NorthPointe.  When He provided the land that we are now sitting on, the vision was to relocate and become a beacon for the community in order to make an impact with the gospel! God is leading us to expand our vision, so we can have a greater impact on future generations by providing a place for middle and high school students. The vision is not about constructing a building. The building is simply a tool for carrying out the vision of seeing students  worshiping Jesus, being transformed by God’s Word and encouraged through fellowship with other students.  We are a church with much potential.  It’s time for us to realize that potential!

The new student building will be approximately 5,550 square feet.  There will be a 1,750 square foot worship area, two meeting rooms, one small storage area, one large storage area and a full kitchen with a café/gaming area.
