Local Missions

NorthPointe regularly serves in our community through helping those in need, caring for the unborn and their parents, supporting the local schools and supporting local church plants.

We provide ongoing support to the following organizations and churches:

Cleburne Pregnancy Center

Sleep in Heavenly Peace

Joshua ISD Schools

Trailview Church

Next Steps Women's Center 

The Hill Church

Foreign Missions

NorthPointe believes it is primarily the work of the local church to disciple the people in their communities. When it comes to foreign missions, we partner with local churches to support the work happening in their areas. 

Cuba

Cuba has several local churches faithfully preaching God's word and discipling believers.

Cuba also has a seminary that trains students to become pastors. 

Guatemala

Several local churches in Guatemala have a nutrition center as part of their outreach ministry. Children walk to the centers each day for a midday meal. The local churches are then able to connect with the families of the children.

Manna has a family home in Guatemala which houses several children who have been orphaned.

India

We currently help support an IMB missionary on the ground in India. She works with a local church in her community to disciple women. 

Mexico

The Shields family serves in the Mexican outback. They are faithful to teach the gospel, train up young people to work in their churches and serve the Mexican people.

The Shields have a Bible Institute that has 22 current students studying to be leaders in their local churches. 
Trip update

Nicaragua

Nicaragua has several local churches serving children and families in their communities by providing food and education through a christian school, Oasis of Grace Christian Academy.

Romania

Romania has local churches and nutrition centers to minister to the Romanians and the Roma people.

There is a family home in Romania which houses several children. Romania's local churches are also currently serving Ukrainian refugees by providing food and housing.
